Tariffs 2008

Prices are for accommodation only, based on two adults sharing (aged 18 or over). No single occupancy reduction. Minimum stay 3 nights. No fixed changeover day!

Price includes: local tax; hire of all bed linen, towels and bathrobes (incl hot tub towels); generous arrival hamper (containing basic provisions plus wine); onsite car-parking; unlimited use of facilities incl bbq, sun loungers, and herb garden; electricity, water, gas and logs; hire of ironing facilities and hairdryers.

A refundable security deposit will be added to the cost of your holiday and will be returned to you within 7 days of your departure - this is to secure against damages etc.

A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% will be requested at the time of booking your holiday.

The following prices are for the cottage without the hot tub. We also offer reduced rates for 8+ nights. The price per night (up to 7 nights) for the cottage with hot tub is £65 off-peak, and £75 peak season.
